Balance Learning understand that organisations require an e-Induction programme which is exactly right for their specific needs, yet can be produced cost effectively. Our broad range of existing customisable resources combined with our creative flair and passion for providing excellent and innovative learning is an ideal way to rapidly create a programme for you which is both affordable and effective.
Our E-Induction was devised in conjunction with Cambridgeshire County Council and is now in use by many other clients including Gloucestershire County Council, Lincolnshire County Council, Sunderland City Council, Guildford College and The Insolvency Service.

The Balance E-Induction is fully customisable and customers can select the modules they require from a growing portfolio.
We can offer a custom workbook to complement the programme and provide the student with both activities that reinforce key messages and encourage new recruits to meet their colleagues and find out local information for themselves and a useful future reference.
Our aim is to make Induction more cost effective and less time consuming for all involved. Our online course makes it easy for new starts to immediately begin their induction process and can also be used a refresher tool for existing employees.
All students' scores and progress are recorded, therefore providing you with a permanent record of induction training, plus certificates can be printed at the end of each section.
All the hosting is also done by us, so there is no extra work for your IT department. If you prefer however, the Induction programme can be delivered as SCORM installable modules on CD-Rom.
