A detailed look at what actually happens when we communicate via email; we compare face-to-face and email communication. The section also demonstrates assumptions that can occur with email communication and how email can be more complex than you first think.

Achieving Impact Module Achieving Impact
This section demonstrates how you can make sure you achieve the impact you want when communicating by email. We work through a powerful pneumonic called ‘IMPACT’ (Intent, Medium, Profile, Assumptions, Craft and Them). We critique an email practicing using IMPACT and finally, we look at the effect an email has.

Writing Emails Module Writing Emails
We take a detailed look at writing emails; specifically poor and good subject lines, creating rules based on specific criteria, writing a clear and courteous email body, and how to aid a clear understanding.
